• There is a Fifteen percent (15%) buyer's premium on all lots in this auction. A 3% discount on the Buyer's Premium will be given for all cashier check purchases.  Due to Covid-19, cash is not accepted.
  • PREVIEW DAYS: Friday May 21st and Monday May 24th.  We are closed on weekends.
  • All items must be paid for by FRIDAY, May 28th 2021, 12:00 pm central time. You can pay online with your credit card when you receive your invoice, in person with cash or cashier check.
  • Bidders (buyers) agree and understand that invoices remaining unpaid and not picked up at 4:00 PM on FRIDAY, May 28th 2021 will be charged a non-payment fee of 50% of the total invoice or $100, whichever is higher. The Non-Payment fee is non-refundable.

  • REMOVAL DAYS: WEDNESDAY May 26th, THURSDAY May 27th, and FRIDAY May 28th, 3:30 PM NO EXCEPTIONS!! FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. WE ARE OPEN FROM 9:00 AM TILL 4:00PM HOWEVER 3:30PM WILL BE THE LATEST WE ACCEPT BIDDERS FOR LOADING. WE ARE CLOSED ON WEEKENDS.
  • Please present a valid Government picture ID when picking up all items. Written authorization by email must be provided to TRE Auctions allowing a person other than the buyer named on the paid invoice to pick up items.
  • After the last Removal Day, late bidders will be charged $50 per invoice per day. Items remaining 5 business days after the last Removal Day will be considered as abandoned, and ownership will revert to the Seller. In addition to the aforementioned reversion of ownership, TRE Auctions may, at its sole discretion, charge the bidder a restocking fee not to exceed 50% of the value of the abandoned items or $100, whichever is higher.
