We are the blue building at the back of the property.

  • All Items are sold "as is, where is."  There are no warranties, either express or implied.  Buyer assumes the risk of the condition of the items, all sales are final and are not refundable.  Buyer may use the Preview Days to come physically inspect the items however testing is not allowed.
  • Preview Days are Friday September 24th and Monday September 27th.  We are closed on Weekends.
  • Unless otherwise agreed by TRE Auctions, Bids may not be withdrawn.  However, TRE Auctions will correct any clear accidents made by Bidders.  Furthermore, in the event of postponement of an auction, TRE Auctions will work to accommodate reasonable Bidder requests regarding Pick-Up.
  • There is a Fifteen percent (15%) Buyer's Premium on all lots in this auction.
  • A 3% discount on the Buyer's Premium will be given for all cashier check or wire transfer purchases on invoices over $5,000. Unless otherwise agreed, credit cards will not be allowed for invoices over $5,000. 
  • For invoices under $5,000, the credit card on file will be charged for the full amount of the invoice at the end of the Auction.  Cash and Cashier's Check are no longer accepted for invoices under $5,000.
  • All Invoice payments are non-refundable even if items are not picked up. 
  • For all items not paid for and not picked up by the last Removal Day, the Bidder will be responsible for a non-payment fee that is 50% of the original invoice or $100, whichever is higher.
  • Removal Days: Wednesday September 29th, Thursday September 30th and Friday October 1st, 3:30 PM No Exceptions!! First Come First Served.  We are open from 9:00am until 4:00pm.  However 3:30 pm will be the latest we accept bidders for loading.  We are closed on Weekends.
  • Please present a valid Government picture ID when picking up all items. Written authorization by email must be provided to TRE Auctions allowing a person other than the buyer named on the paid invoice to pick up items.
  • After the last Removal Day, late bidders will be charged $50 per invoice per day. Items remaining 5 business days after the last Removal Day will be considered as abandoned, and ownership will revert to the Seller. In addition to the aforementioned reversion of ownership, TRE Auctions may, at its sole discretion, charge the bidder a restocking fee not to exceed 50% of the value of the abandoned items or $100, whichever is higher.

  • LIMITED ASSISTANCE provided with Forklift for large heavy items so please bring extra help if needed.
  • Bidders making more than 1 trip must report to the Office, and wait turn. (LIMITED to 2 trips)
  • Reach-Ins do not fit in U-Haul trucks and refrigeration/large units will not be laid down.
